What you will be able to do on this site:

1. Whether you are here just to have fun, meet other musicians and just hangout and Jam or you have an existing Band or not. Part of our uniqueness here at OJS is that you can just be here for fun or for a full blown Professional Career. You can use this live interface to connect online with anyone anywhere in the World. You'll see each member live through the video. If you already have a Band, connect to them through OJS and save yourself time of loading and unloading your equipment not to mention saving gas money. Another great feature if used is, you can broadcast a concert or any gig you are having over the internet "LIVE" on video. Just set it up on stage to capture the whole show, charge a little admission fee for the event in OJS Concert Room and now people around the World are participating at your gig.
If you don't have a Band and want to start one, OJS is a great place to do it. Imagine connecting with others all across the world. You could be the first virtual Band with one member that lives in Australia another in Russia another in the U.S. and so on. Only if you utilize the site in this fashion though. To make use of this feature just start advertising what you are looking to do, i.e. what instrument you play, what type of Band you're looking to build and so on. By the time this site gets going strong, this area is going to be a big asset for everyone. The more you advertise here (and utilize this feature) the more connected this community will be to the world. Forums can also be used for this purpose.
Once you have plugged in (become a member) you will be given a back office of your own that you configure the way you want it and a website to promote Like "myspace". You will be ready to use the video features and start Jammin once logged in as a paid member. Pricing is: $10 a month, $60 for 6 month's or $100 a year and right now we are offering 1/2 off special for a limited time so get in on this while it's available, so a year right now is only $50. You will have full access for the 1st 20 days that you sign up after that you will need to choose a plan to get in the Jam Rooms.


2. Paid members also can make use of the Music Teachers Corner and bring in your already existing students to OJS and teach them from your home or find some students on the site that want lessons. All of your students will be given the time to be online for the specific lesson by you as the site administrator and Music Teacher, you have total control over this. This feature can be very useful for alot of people simply because you can access so many students (an unlimited amount) and Teach them all at the same time through Live interface Video.
If you don't have Students yet and want to be a Music Teacher, utilize the advertising section as stated above. This section will be pre configured to take people to the exact place on OJS that they need to be in each specific category.

3. If you know how to Record and have the capabilities to do so already on your computer, you can offer your services on the site to other members either by recording a live Jam or by having them upload their material to the site, then you download it to your computer, Master it and send it back. A good way to make some extra Cash.

4. Free Members will have access to everything in OJS except use of Jam Rooms or uploads after 7 day free trial ends. You will be able to vote on Bands, advertise, use Forums, Blogs and basically be an active audience. At any point you decide you want to plugin, you can and your status will change from Free to Paid member and you will now have access to all features in OJS.


5. Star Search, You will need to be a paid member to list yourself on star search and get exposure to the world. If you think you have what it takes, then let the world know by putting a video or audio link on OJS.

6. Please do your part to interact with other members to help this site get on it's feet. This is your site and OJS has no control over setting up times between members to Jam. Keep checking back frequently to see if someone is online to Jam with. Send them emails, befriend them or greet them to get some times scheduled to Jam. Once the site has plenty of members this issue should be gone. Also, the more people you tell about OJS the faster the site grows to make this possible for everyone.

Most Bands will want to link back to OJS for the audience exposure and remember, OJS will be behind the scene promoting like crazy to Radio Stations, Record Companies, Managers, Affiliate Program, you name it. Together this site can take the Music World by storm. This site is the first of it's kind on the internet so lets make it do what we all know it is capable of.
